David Woolpert

President and founder of Altus Investment Group LLC, which is a Registered Investment Advisor. Dave is also a registered securities principal of the brokerage firm LPL Financial, overseeing other LPL Financial registered staff in his office. Moreover Dave is a licensed insurance broker able to compare and advise you about life or long-term care products.  

• Over forty years experience as a professional in the fields of investments, banking and insurance including:
  • V.P. for Asset/Liability Management for New Hampshire Savings Bank
  • Finance Director of the Society for the Protection of New Hampshire Forests
  • Project director for several low-income housing development organizations
• Living in the greater Concord, NH area since 1972, and providing investment advice and financial planning to local households and business owners since 1996

• Raised with a brother and sister in Washington, DC, by their mother, a former social worker, and father, a long-time senior staff member of the U.S. Public Health Service

• Undergraduate degree from Earlham College in Economics; graduate degree from the University of Pittsburgh in Economic and Social Development

• Served two years in the Peace Corps in Turkey assisting a local tuberculosis clinic

• Current community involvements include:

  • Representative to the Greater Concord Interfaith Council
  • Board member, Kiwanis Club of Concord
  • Scholarship Committee member, Concord Community Music School
  • Budget Committee member, Town of Henniker
• Father of two college-age daughters, and re-married in 2008 and living in Henniker

Laura Provost

Financial Advisor with Altus Investment Group LLC, a Registered Investment Adviser.  Laura has extensive experience with retirement planning and wealth management for both individuals and small businesses. In addition, she also works with federal employees to help them prepare for retirement within their unique retirement system. Laura regularly presents on retirement and other financial topics.

Laura joined Altus Investment Group LLC in August of 2012.  Her over twenty-five years of financial industry experience include: 

• Portfolio Manager for Portsmouth-based Citizens Advisers, the Adviser to Citizen’s Funds. Citizens Funds, at the time, was one of the nation’s oldest and largest socially responsible mutual fund companies 
• Portfolio Manager for Boston-based John Hancock Advisers, where she co-managed over a billion dollars in both equity and fixed income mutual funds
• Providing investment advice and financial planning to local households and business owners since 2002

• Undergraduate degree from University of New Hampshire, Durham; Master of Business Administration from Babson College, Wellesley, MA
• Active in community, including most recently the 2010-2012 term on Board of Trustees of the Trust Fund for  the City of Manchester, NH
• Lives with partner, Joy, in Manchester

Sharon Monroe

LPL Registered Sales Associate and Office Manager of Altus Investment Group LLC, which is a Registered Investment Advisor.  Sharon has been working with Dave Woolpert for twelve years.

  • Industry Arbitrator FINRA
  • Bachelor’s, Associate’s and Specialist’s Degrees LPL Admin U Program
• Living in the greater Concord, NH area since 1995

• Raised in Needham, Massachusetts

• Undergraduate degree from Gordon College in Political Studies with a Pre-Law Concentration; graduate degree from the Lesley University in Human Resource Management

  • Book club member

• Mother of one high school-age daughter and one college-age son. Married for twenty five years and living in Concord

Cindy Proctor

• Over nineteen years experience as a professional in the fields of accounting, investments, debt management and insurance including:
  • Regional V.P. specializing in educating the consumer on Asset/Debt/Protection Management for Primerica Financial Services
  • Credit Manager for Publishing Company Connell Communications, Inc.
• Lived in the Monadnock area since 1975, moved to Concord area in 2011
• Raised in a large family, one of five daughters, by their mother, a stay at home mom, and father, a business owner and consultant in the field of mechanical engineering

• Educated in the fields of accounting, human resources, insurance and investments. Also securities registered series 6, 63 and 26 and insurance licensed serving clients in NH, VT and MA from 1992-1999
• Mother of two grown children: a daughter who is a graduate of St Michaels’ college, and a son who is a senior at University of New Hampshire
• Currently a resident of Penacook

Marcia McManus

• Worked in Administration for over 30 years in the fields of insurance and healthcare
• Educated in the fields of administration, graphic design and real estate
• Raised in a large family in Beverly, Massachusetts with one brother and six sisters
• Mother of one daughter currently working in college financial aid
• Have lived in New Hampshire for 30 years, currently residing in Concord, NH with my husband.
